Concurrent with making more Piggly No Wiggly glue and packing Anarchist Square Kits, I’ll be hosting Open Wire this week all by my lonesome – at least that’s the plan. But because Chris just can’t help himself, he’ll probably chime in from time to time, even though he’s supposed to not be working today (he’s visiting with old friends).

So, ask your woodworking question in the comment field, and I will attempt to answer it. And if I can’t answer (i.e. it’s a stick chair head-scratcher), odds are good Chris will be along at some point to do so – though it might not be until Sunday (you’ll be notified if/when an answer is posted).

Comments will close early today, at around 4 p.m. I, too, am hanging out with old friends this evening, and have to scurry home first to wash off any spilled glue and make a dessert.

We’ve had have about 100 people at our storefront so far today for our Open Day. So we aren’t physically or mentally able to answer Open Wire questions. Sorry!

I am back from a fruitful trip to the U.K. where I got to see (finally) the Benjamin Seaton Tool Chest at the Guildhall Museum in Rochester. (More on this tomorrow on the blog).

As you can imagine, things are bonkers here this time of year. Megan, John and I have all been pitching in at the Anthe building to fulfill holiday orders. We are happy to do it. Honestly, I kind of missed it (I have always loved manual labor).

But today we are here to answer your questions. If you are wondering about what to finish a dining table with, click here. If you somehow have some other question for us, write it in the comments field below, and we will do our best to answer it.

Apologies for the late start today. Chris and his family got home late last evening from England so he’s recovering from jet lag…and I slept in today and had a leisurely morning coffee for the first time since they left. Then once the caffeine kicked in, remembered I forgot to post this.
