Appreciate the transparency. I’m sure it’s not an easy thing.
Its sad that so many, are experiencing this hardship. I have enjoyed your products for many years now. I hope to enjoy them for many more to come.
Is there a way to know what the price increase will be for each item? So that i can strategize which ones to get before the 7th?
The increases in book price are all between $2 and $10. “Country Woodcraft” is the one going up the most.
On the tool side, the increases are steeper. The biggest increases will be with the complex tools, especially the dividers and the sliding bevels (more than $100 increase). The hammers are going up by $20-$30. I’ll post an entire list next week when it’s finalized.
Christopher… I’ve been enjoying my copy of ‘The Anarchist’s Design Book’, and am reaching out to see if we can connect for an interview for my digital/streaming program ‘Tom’s DIY Garage’, on KRIV-TV/Houston. To me, the book speaks directly to the things I try to share with viewers, and I’d really enjoy the conversation! Please let me know if we could make this happen. Thanks, Tom Zizka
