SOLD: I bought this unusual shave at a tool meet and the seller told me it came from a patternmaker. But who knows?
I do know that it is well made, comfortable in the hands and heavy. The sole measure 2-1/4″ x 2-3/8″ and is flat. The iron is 2″ wide and I’ve prepped the blade. The back is polished and the bevel is sharp. Overall the tool is 12″ long.
Both the iron and body are marked with the name of the user/maker: D.M. Dustin.
I used this shave to make chamfers on my work, something I now have a chamfer shave for.

I can accept PayPal or a personal check. As soon as the funds arrive, I’ll ship the tool using USPS. If you want insurance, let me know. I’m afraid I can only ship tools in the United States. Shipping internationally is very time-consuming and paperwork-heavy. My apologies in advance on this point.
If you don’t like the tool when you get it, I’ll be happy to refund your money if you return the tool. But postage is on you.
