Day 2 Catalog for the Fred West Tool Auction
Thanks for the heads-up. There are so many amazing tools. I’m a little disappointed in the dearth of books and other printed matter. He must have had quite a collection.
I know Fred’s family kept some things – perhaps the books aren’t yet ready for new homes.
My only thought was “Jesus, this is just ONE DAY?” Then I cancelled my credit cards, just to be safe.
Its not clear to me if shipping is available for these hand tools. Is that a service they will provide?

3. Shipping and Pick-up
Alderfer Auction offers in-house shipping, subject to limitations. Shipping, handling and insurance fees are additional to the total purchase price. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS. Fees must be paid in advance by credit card. If you choose to ship your item, Alderfer Auction never automatically assumes that you want shipping.

While we try to provide shipping for most items that our auctions offer, items that are large, heavy or more fragile in nature will need to be shipped by a third party. It is at the discretion of the shipping department to determine which items can be shipped and which will require third-party shipping.
Although we work with third party shippers, You are responsible for 1) shipping arrangements and 2) letting us know which one you choose via shipping@alderferauction.com, so that we have permission to release your package.
