The once-in-15-years sale ends on Aug. 31. That is the final day you can save 40 percent on 13 of our titles, including many of our most popular books. Every item that is on sale can be seen here.
Also good to know: Aug. 31 is the last day you can purchase the “Build a Stick Chair” video at the introductory price of $50. After that date, the price will be $75.
For those of you who have purchased books during the sale, thank you. The sale has reduced a lot of our excess inventory that we hoarded during the pandemic. With any luck, we will never have to do this again.
We’ve heard from a lot of customers during the last two weeks that they have taken advantage of the sale to complete their collection of our “anarchist” titles. Or purchased books for woodworking friends and family members. A lot of you bought hats (sorry we are now all out of those).
I’ll post one more reminder right before the sale ends. But for now, let’s get back to talking about woodworking.

FYI: I think you mean introductory price of $50, not $75, otherwise there is no price difference. Thank you.
Thanks. Corrected.
Could I order “Sharpen This (not yet released) and the Woodworker’s Pocket Book (in sale) together? Don’t care when i get them – just want them in same delivery – so I can pick up at a US postbox at same time. Canadians, nothing but trouble. Sorry aboot that. Signed a Canadian
We don’t ship outside the U.S. Eventually Lee Valley will have both of these titles and you will be able to easily get them from them. Sorry.
i order and pick up at a US address. Thanks
I’m glad I got myself a hat in time!
Should anyone have missed out on getting a hat, but very much want to find one, it seems there are still some in stock at Rubank verktygs AB in Stockholm.
Not at the reduced price, mind you, and I dare say shipping back across the Atlantic would not exactly be for free, either, but ’tis there, for what that might be worth to the hatless part of the blog readership.
Cheers,
Mattias
Had to buy a second hat. Delighted to see it on sale. My first, your original black wool with red dividers, didn’t make it home on New Year’s 2022. I just hope whoever picked it up appreciates it as much as I had. Thanks.
