In an effort to bring this book to a wider audience we are having woodworkers come show their favorite techniques from the book. This video shows Tim’s favorite which was the mortise block. To quote Tim “that has really helped me chop a slot.”

What is the mortis block?
Heh, sigh. missed that one key sub-title. Have mercy moderator – don’t post these!
This book is great. Keep these videos coming.
I’m not generally a book groupie. However, this title truly is a nearly complete woodworking education between two clothed book covers.
Nice video, even my wife liked the music! She normally doesn’t like the music on the video’s. Keep them coming.
maybe its time to make the book purchase . . . . . . . that’ll add more money for the video making coffer me thinks (hopes . . . .).
Would that make it a vigour mortis?
I have the book in digital form (wish I had bought the physical version instead). Why not just go for it and develop a video version of the book? Preferably with someone explaining what they’re doing and why.
